Amblecote Labour Party in partnership with Tidy Stourbridge have organised regular letter picks in areas of their ward where through canvassing and residents surveys they have identified particular black spots of accumulated rubbish. They have been successful in bringing communities together to improve their environment and this litter pick is the first of 3 over the next 3 months. All the equipment will be provided but it is recommended that you wear sturdy footwear and old clothes. This promises to be a fun event and will benefit everyone in our community. Party members have already distributed leaflets around the locality to engender support from residents.
