Explore Crayford Marsh an important and little known local wildlife. For the kids and big kids amongst us, you could see butterflies, bees, birds and maybe even a few reptiles. This event will involve about a mile of walking, maybe two for the adventurous, the path is good but unpaved so wear sensible shoes. Bringing binoculars will help if you hope to see birds and seals , butterflies and bugs will be easily viewed without. Note, there are no facilities here, so bring a drink, sandwich or picnic basket with you if you feel you will need it. Recently a large part of the marshland area has been saved from having a rail yard dumped upon it, this walk is led by one of the people who led the campaign against it.
